Victoria Estacio Huckins is a Southern California artist and the current Executive Director of the Escondido Arts Partnership. 

Victoria was born in Manila, Philippines. and moved to the United States as a young child. She showed an early fascination with art. This attraction to the arts initially led her to pursue careers in the fashion industry and interior design. She returned to an early interest in painting years ago when her son started school. She has continued to work as a professional artist and to advocate for the arts community.

Victoria's roots come from the diverse cultures of Spain, China, Japan and India.  Victoria’s work sometimes represents these cultures in her work as well as experiences from her daily life. Victoria experiments with different media such as photography and sculpture in addition to painting. 

Victoria’s immediate living environment is a great source of inspiration for her work. She and her family at an avocado ranch in North San Diego County. The country setting has been a definite influence on her work as well as life.
